1. Attendants / Servicing

• How often must Loos be emptied?

  Depends on the event. If you have enough it will be daily.

• Does the hire of a toilet include an attendant?

  No.  Larger events may prefer to have Ace Loos attendants on site to empty, restock and clean during the event.  This can be arranged to suit your requirements.

• How often must Loos be emptied?

  Depends on the event. If you have enough it will be daily.

• When can I expect delivery of my loos?

  Usually on the morning of the requested date, we will contact you if this won't be possible.

• Do the portable toilets come with lighting?

  No, but they are designed to allow all artificial and natural sunlight through the roof which helps to light up the inside.

• What consumables do the portable toilets come with?

  They are fully stocked with hand sanitizer and toilet tissue.  They are filled with fresh water and a chemical to deodorize and biodegrade.

• Does the hire of a toilet include an attendant?

  No. Larger events may prefer to have Ace Loos attendants on site to empty, restock and clean during the event. This can be arranged to suit your requirements.

• How many portable toilets do I need for my event?

  This depends on number of guests, time of event, length of event. Use our on-line guide calculator.

• We have restricted access, will they fit?

  We operate 4x4 transportation which means we can get almost anywhere!  If in doubt, ask for a site visit.

3. IBCs

• How much will an IBC hold?

  1000l.

• How often must Loos be emptied?

  Yes. An additional cost will apply.

4. Loos

• How often must Loos be emptied?

  Depends on the event. If you have enough it will be daily.

• When can I expect delivery of my loos?

  Usually on the morning of the requested date, we will contact you if this won't be possible.

• Do I need electricity to run my VIP toilet?

  Yes. Ace Loos can provide extension leads that have a standard 3 pin domestic plug, these require an indoor socket.

• Are there any height restrictions in delivering my VIP toilet?

  Yes.  Adequate height access is required of 11ft.

• What if I am not sure whether a VIP toilet can be located where I require?

  No problem.  We are happy to arrange a site visit to confirm suitability.

• What if my VIP toilet has problems during my event?

  You are supplied with a 24 hour contact number for your peace of mind.

• What size of VIP toilet will I need?

  Recommendation is a 1+1 for up to 70 guests, a 2+1 for up to 120 guests and a 3+3 for up to 175 guests.  If in doubt, give us a call.

• Do the portable toilets come with lighting?

• Can IBCs be emptied during my event?

  Yes.  An additional cost will apply.
